This blog is to track and share my dieting experiences and thoughts! I am trying the new diet by Dr Dukan. My main motivation is my wedding next year but I'm hoping to slim down for the summer and keep it off! Update: I stuck to it for 3 weeks and lost 7 lbs. I am now fed up of it and going to dive back into slimming world and see how that goes. Have learned alot through Dukan methods and will be taking some of these ideas into my new dieting plan and try to avoid too many carbs.
